Depends on what you are looking for, personally I'm into Drum & Bass and Jungle so most of what I look for is just that. I can make a few reccomendations such as AK1200 and DJ Dara or a few that are less mainstreem like Bassline Smith and Stereotyp (Stereotyp is more general electronica) I have found MySpace to be a great way to find new music in less common genra's such as techno.

Pick up a CD from the Eurythmics. They were techno about 20 years ago and there music is still amazing.
