Rafa, does not yell out Oleeeee, he yells out "Vamos" and Vamos Rafa." So the answer is D. On Change overs when you think Rafael should be drinking water you see him spending most of his time Nadal aligning his water bottles. Its kind of funny really, but I like for players to have some strange quirks because it adds to their persona.
