is it just me or are customers stupid?

I used to work at a fast food place a few years ago. It's hard for some people, especially when they have never done customer service.

People who work in fast food places are not robots, they are people, and they make mistakes just like you and me.

I find that I get better service when I don't go into a restaurant thinking I'm better than the employees, and I treat them with the respect they deserve, for the mere fact that they're HUMAN!

The fast food industry is not full of stupid counter people. It's full of people who are at least average and a lot of them are on their way up.

When I order, I speak clearly and give my complete order. Seldom have any problems at all. Obviously, the problem is yours.

I know a lot of people that can't say "I would like a hamburger, a small fries and a small coke without ice. For here please." That's all you have to do to get good service.

That's because those greedy f*cks don't pay the kids enough and overwork them. My daughter was working at one of those damn places over the summer to make extra money for college expenses. She's a Physics major. Damn smart girl.

That's why I seldom go to fast food places, I'll go to Tumbleweeds or Applebees instead or maybe a nice bar that has a grill

You are one to talk about stupid people. You can't even spell right or operate the "Check Spelling" option on Yahoo! Answers.

I don't know how many times I've been to Wendy's where I've asked for cheese on my Spicy Chicken sandwich, was charged for it, and never got it. Seriously, I just don't order the cheese anymore because they will never put it on the sandwich.

Maybe but for someone who cannot spell INDUSTRY correctly, it is an odd complaint.

No offense but spelling words correctly is something to pay some attention too or you do not look very well educated.

Or you look like someone who cares not.

Just tell them..."Hey bich stop flirting with the loser on the grill and read the fukking screen. I said NO ONIONS" or I tell them "That's why you're gonna be working at McDonald's, serving me the rest of your life. Because you can't even make a cheeseburger without fukking it up!"

Most of the people who work there are young teens trying to make a living, who are conserned only with themselves. So if your older, yeah, they will seem immature because they are still young.
