i am sitting right next to one, but can't figure out how to turn it on.
help? i wan't to like this machine, but there is no clue on how to turn it on. it is one of those small mini ones.

Press the Power on/off button, depending on what machine you have usually on the side of the machine. Good Luck.

Make sure it is plugged in then find a button that looks like a circle with a line through it. It's on the back on the mini. I think macs might also have a power button in the up-right corner of the keyboard, but I wouldn't know if they have discontinued that. http://images.apple.com/macmini/images/indexports20060229.jpg labels it as power switch.

step 1: open window
step 2: disconnect mac from power source
step 3: hold firmly but gently with both hands
step 4: get a running start
step 5: throw that p.o.s straight out the damn window

i'm now no longer a mac guy or woman in spite of the undemanding reality that it does sound like a hardware undertaking I actual have had osx on one in each and each of my systems yet now no longer familiar with application probs or errors warnings. would desire to propose the customarily occurring first re-seat ram, learn all connections, do you get any errors messages or warnings, may be a failing hdd or vid card, mobo they're all likely subject concerns.If the device seems to be working yet no teach vid card possibly if poss swop out stuff attempt and re-located up

You have to buy a Windows based computer, then it will turn on.
