I have a 30 g The screens frozen and my computer won't recongnize that it's hooked up it's been like this for days. And I can't find anything about it on itunes

This has happened to my iPod a few times.
You're probably going to have to take it back to where you got it for them to fix it.
That's what I had to do and it works fine now.

Maybe there is to much things on it. If your dropped it more than twice, its prolly why. I would take it to where you bought it and ask them for help. I hope you can get it working again. =] Have a great weekend!

try holding the menu button for 10 seconds i think ur problem happened 2 me before

click menu and play at the same time.. that should force it to turn off or reset.. if that doesnt work then u should go to the apple store and have them fix it for u

Take it out of the freezer

remove the battery then insert the battery that should work
