I think it could be she wants her cake and eat it too! She wants to make sure she could get you back if she wanted, but also wants her new boyfriend!

She wants that kind of security you gave her when you were married. If things don't work out with her new boy friend, she wants to be able to come running back to you. Or maybe, if you have children together, she wants to keep some sort of stability or shadow of it, around for the kids. Sometimes it can be difficult to move on, but if she was the one who filed or instigated the divorce, I would really wonder what her motive was too! Because she likes stringing you around like a puppet. She wants someone there just in case it does not work out with her boyfriend. She does not want you to move on with your life and she wants you to only think of her. I say get over her and do not be her puppet.

If you have children together, it could be because it will be easier on them to see the parents can remain friends. If that is not the case she must still have some feelings for you.

she isnt over you yet, but if you give in to her to easy she will just think your a wimp. so dont give in to quick. im saying you have the power right now dont give it back to her and you can have a lot of fun, if you want to.
