You have whitefly infestation- they come from your houseplants. When you rplants get watered, they hatch. They hover around your sinks and garbage to "feed" and "drink" on organic stuff, and lay more eggs in your houseplants to hatch again next time you water.

Cure: sprinkle an inch of sand over your dirt in your houseplants so the eggs that get laid dry out. Water your plants from the bottom and the eggs have no moisture to help them hatch. And wait out the flying buggers- they will all die off in 5 or so days.

Hope I helped!

They have found something interesting in your home. I have a few myself, I am still bringing in tomatoes from the garden. I plan to just uuse a bug bomb and let it go in the kitchen area. I used like 5 one time and I did not have a bug or mouse around for years. The bombs or foggers are really the best though. When you use a spray it seems like they dodge in and out of the droplets.
