Websites that you visit are not stored on your computer, there may be a little space in you IE cache. Go to IE (tools<>internet options<>internet tempory files<>delete files) to delete from histoy go to (tools<>internet options<>history<>clear history)
then just dont go there again. If you want to free up space on your hard drive go to windows explorer, next to MY COMPUTER click on + put cursor on hard drive (usually C:) (right click<>properties<>disk cleanup)

Open Internet Explorer
Click on Tools
Select Internet Options
Click the button that says Delete Files

(As only the last handful of web pages you visited are stored on your computer, doing this will normally NOT free up enough hard drive space for your PC to see any difference)

If you mean the cache, just go to Tools > Options > Clear Cache ( or "delete temparary files" )
