My friend talked me into doing it last week, WOW what a difference. I didn't have acne but my skin was dull. Just put a thin layer on. Wear a headband to keep it out of your hair! avoid your eyes and lips. let it dry and peel it off. It will sting just a little when you peel it and then your face will be red for a couple of minutes. After doing this wash your face in plain soap to get off any excess glue. Pat dry and in a little while you will see a wonderful new glow! Its comparable to a chemical peel and you can see the difference for days!
