The Businessweek ranking is a respected one as well, and will be released in the next month or so. For undergraduate programs I would recommend checking out the US News & World Report rankings on a periodical rack at a bookstore. The rankings swing a lot year to year, but you'll get an idea of what schools you should be looking at.
Out in CA, Stanford and UC Berkeley (Cal) have both stong undergrad and MBA programs. U of Chicago and U of Michigan as well.
