get a good diet.
cut on sugar & fat intake, lower ur carvohydrate intake. cut coke & related. get to the gym & work out regularly. meet a doctor as well. drink a lot of water... little by little after 6 months u're gonna start realizing that u've lost 20-25 pounds.. just be patient & motivated & do not give up, & u'll see the results.

Honestly eatting a balanced diet and exercise is the best way too loss weight. Start drinking lots of water and eatting more veggies and fruits and start hitting the gym. Don't do any of those stupid diets.

um...do crunches? idk, I have the same problem. eat a low-calorie diet?
there's differences between fat and big. Like on commercials for weight-loss pills they have women saying 'I weighed one hundred and fifty pounds!" well for them that's big because they have a small build, but for someone with, i don't know, a big ribcage, or someone who's tall, that's a normal weight. it depends a lot upon bone structure.
If you think you're fat, you should look at a BMI chart. just google "bmi chart".

I am sorry and a little sad to read this.
You can exercise and eat healthy and if you are relaly soncerned talk to your parents and or dr. about this.
Don't do anything extreme and unhealthy.

-drink alot of water
-no sodas
-cut down portions
-Absolutely NO eating after 7:00 pm..if you get hungry..drink water..it will help.
-100 sit-ups evernight..doesnt matter how long it takes
-exercise..aerobics is great..for atleast 30 minutes everyday..burn a CD of your favorite songs and dance along to them or you can get a video.
