We are water skiing, swimming and most importantly I am smoking four boston butts (Cuban style), one turkey, some ribs with my Kansas City style rub, and some Greek seasoned leg of lamb!

My B-Day is on Monday, so I will probably party all weekend. I also have Tues. off!!
