Eat decent food, do some physical activity, be responsible, listen to your parents, be healthy and do the right thing. feel good about the decisions you make and be proud to get good grades. make your life meaningful and take your schooling seriously.

More sleep, less soft drinks and unhealthy foods, no drugs, alcohol, etc, that sort of thing. Works for me.
