I didnt give it to him he found it he also has my name and I know i never gave him it

Send an email to yahoo and let them know what is up. They CAN track him down!! That email is still on a computer disk drive on yahoo's internal files. They have to keep them on file for a certain amount of time.
Let your parents know what is up, also.
There are websites on the internet that can help you, too.

I don't think you can get it back once it's cleared from the trash folder. But even if you block him, he could still use a different username to message you from, because blocking is only mail client specific, not IP address specific.
I get tons of unwanted mail. I just got used to it. If you can't tell who it's from then you dont' have to read it, just toss it. It's like it doesn't exist.
You could also start over with a new user id/account, but creeps will find you there too eventually. Just part of the web 'experience' :(

Look in your trash bin or recycle bin. It may be there. If it is not, then you can't get it back. If he sends you another e-mail, don't open it, just right click on it, and you should get an option to "block sender" or something like that.

Wait until "The Creepy Guy From Here" sends you another email and then block him using that one.
