I want to shave my legs and I'm in 8th grade. My parents don't let me and sometimes people i dont know make fun of me. its not that long but its dark so its noticible. Please help! Is there any simple tool?

i cant believe so many parents are like that i have u bunch of friends that cant shave there legs, were makeup, or pluck there eye brows. any way ether talk to yer parents or just shave away with out telling them that's what my big sis did but if u go behind yer parents always were pants if the hair wuz noticeable

Buy Veet and shave or just brush it of with a towel.
Explain to your parents that you have grown up, you're a lady by now and you must be very attentive with your hygiene.
Age is not the issue here. By taking care of your body, you respect yourself firstly! and then the people around you.
You can even tell them that people notice that and make fun of you. Any parent in his right mind wouldn't tollerate his own daughter to be a subject of mockery.
You just have to explain it to your parents in a calm and patient way.
i know what it's like to have parents who forget this is 2006 ;)

I'm in 8th grade too, but I don't have to shave anywhere because my head and body hair are both light blonde. Those kids have no right to make fun of you!You should seriously talk to your mom. Tell her that you can't be confident like this and that the kids make fun of you.

Well honesly in the 7th grade my mom actually let me start shaving but, I use to shave with our her permission,, but I advise you not to do that you might piss her off, so avoid wearing clothing that show a lot of leg.

Have you asked your parents why they object to you shaving? Maybe if you tell them why you want to get rid of the hair on your legs they would understand and see it your way.

Tell your parents that it affect your self confidence. I know I wouldn't chat to a girl if she had hairy legs. The next best option that my girlfriends have said that works is bleach!

use nair cuz technically its not shaving cuz u dont use a shaver...u put it on...wait then rub it off if they say y did u shave ur legs say u didnt u used nair lol.

Talk to your parents and tell him its embarassing for you and that kids make fun of you...hopefully they will understand.....you can always beg and whine also.
