I would think you're just sensetive...try aveeno oatmeal bath and soak for 15 min in really warm water...this has helped me sooo much since i've been pregnant and my body is really itchy!! also try a different razor, maybe make sure you're using a good one not those disposables...

I would say that you have ingrown hair follicles and when you shave it irritates them even further. Make sure that you do a few things before you shave the next time and it will help.
Use an antibacterial soap.
Take a really warm bath and wait until your skin is moist from the water.
Don't get cold-that is the worst for your skin.
Change the razor blade very often and shave every day to every other day.
I had the same problem and my dermatologist told me to do that and it has helped SO much.

If this has just really started, then check your razors. Where they are stored. How often you use them. You could be giving yourself a rash or mild infection. Toss old razor. Use a natural lubricant only (fewer chemicals). Pat dry, never rub. Make sure your underarms are clean at night so they can heal. Watch the kind of deoderant you use. Get something natural. Change your sheets. Make sure your towels are washed on hot and are very dry when you fold them. If none of this helps, see a dermatologist.

It may be the shaving cream/soap you are using. It happened to me until I tried 'King of Shaves', now I wouldnt use anything else. Give it a try! xx

you probably have sensitive skin. change soap or moisturisers to more neutral ones e.g. dove, simple soap., Vaseline. or stop shaving altogether. wax, or use hair removal creams.
