People have a hard time saying no because they don't want to hurt the other person's feelings or they don't want to get picked on for turning something down. Sometimes it's just a lack of confidence.

yes it is hard to say no.. for me any way because I like to help people, and I care.
with my boys it is somewhat hard to say no

I am assuming you are referring to sex. It's hard to say no because of your hormones. Just keep saying no, stick to your values, and don't let anyone pressure you.

It's simply human nature to give people what they want. It's simply common courtesy: we grew up to accept it yet for some reason we still do it even when it is a lose-lose situation.
