Well it seems you guys just met, not sure... But if she said she wants to have sex, I bet she doesn't want a relationship either.
Tell you two need to have a talk and tell her exactly whats on your mind, and work it out from there.
But why have sex when not in a relationship? She might get attached though, so look out.

Just be honest. Tell her that you're looking for a no strings encounter. If she is also, you'll know it because her feelings toward sex with you won't change. If she clams up, then you know it's not right to have sex with her, because your minds are in different places as far as a relationship goes.

If you're under 15, I'd say wait, instead of saying I REALLY think you're underage and its way to soon to think about dropping your pants.
If there's confusion, perhaps it's not right. LISTEN to your gut feeling. LISTEN. It doesn't sound like you're LISTENING to your gut feelling/inner voice.
Bud, go speak to a sexologist, or go watch Meet the Parents 2 again, and if you haven't seen it, stop watching American Pie 1 or 2 or whatever number you're on, and go get Meet the Parents 2! Have a good laugh. Seen it? Watch it again. Thought it was stupid? Watch it again.

The girl told you she want to have sex. Why on Earth do you think about relationship. Learn to listen to what she wants: sex.

Just be straight with her and tell her your not interested in a relationship. A woman appreciates it more if you are honest (even if its not want she wants to here) than play on her emotions and give her false hope.
