The others answerers are right if your pain is in HIGHER right abdomen: some gallstone is moving...whether it has something to do with the liver oil or not.

If your pain is in LOWER right abdomen, I would go to an ER to rule out appendicitis. Fecaliths (little stones of faeces) can cork the appendix.

That sounds like a large stone is trying to pass through the gall duct. Most people don't have a problem with the flush but there have been cases of large ones getting stuck. This would happen at some point anyway, they flush just makes it happen now. If it persists, go to an emergency room.

You have to be sure to use only the finest virgin olive oil and fresh lemons if you are going to serve gall bladder and liver without having abdominal pains. If you use cheap olive oil it will really hurt your stomach so be sure to use the best.

1 lb fresh gall bladder

1 lb fresh liver

1 onion Large

2 garlic cloves crushed

1 pint extra virgin olive oil

the juice of 2 lemons

2 teaspoons butter

Saute the onions and garlic in the butter until the onions become transparent.

Marinate the gall bladder and liver with the olive oil and lemon juice for 1 hour and let it cool in the refrigerator for at least two hours.

Take the onion and garlic mixture that is now sauteed and heat in a skillet to 325 degrees, place the gall bladder and liver into the mix and cook for 23 minutes on each side. Serve on a platter with horseradish after you have sliced up the gall bladder and liver into very thin strips. Serve with sourdough bread chunks and enjoy.

A good Merlot or zinfandel will complement the meal.
