Not sure which of two words you mean...

Mazel tov - a Hebrew phrase meaning "good luck" or "congratulations."

Molotov cocktail - a crude incindiary (fire-based) weapon named after a Russian politician. They're generally made from a glass bottle filled with a flammable liquid with a wick in the opening.

It's actually spelled "mazel tov". It's Hebrew for congratulations or best wishes.
