I just found out I was pregnant on Sunday and then I miscarried yesterday (thursday). So I was just a day over 5 weeks. (I went to the doctor and all but didnt really ask about this because I was dealing with the other) How do I count my cycle now to start trying again?

I'm sorry for your loss.
I don't think you should try again this cycle, wait until the first day of your next period and then that's day one.

OK, after you miscarry, your cycle will go back to being normal. The bleeding that occurs with a miscarriage is just like having a period. Start counting from the day you started bleeding like a normal period.
I had a miscarriage at 6 1/2 weeks. I went to my appointment and they looked on the monitor and there was no heart beat. A baby has a heart beat at 6 weeks. If nothing is there then usually there is something wrong.
They say that a miscarriage isn't all that bad because your body is getting rid of a bad pregnancy. Something was wrong with the developing fetus. I know it is hard to accept. I have been there.
When I first found out I was pregnant, I got some little baby clothes out and little socks and shoes and had them on my dresser. Then I miscarried and it was really hard to have to put them away.
It is not uncommon to miscarry. Doctors say a lot of women don't even know they miscarried, because they didn't even realize they were pregnant in the first place.
I hope I have helped some. I know its hard to go through.
Your next pregnancy will go as planned with no problems. Don't be scared to get pregnant again. I have to beautiful little babies now.
Good luck.
