I need to know if it is legal for an adult to urinate in a diaper on film and have that image displayed in any form, particularly on the internet. This assumes no nudity would be seen as all genitals would be covered by the diapers.

the answer is no, it is not illegal - and as far as film is concerned it's not a matter of legality, it is a matter of censorship and ratings. It is illegal to punch someone but it is NOT illegal to film someone punching someone (even if it is real.) However, if you have something really questionable and extreme (like crazy horror stuff) then you might have trouble with the MPAA but that only matters if you're planning on nationally releasing your film.

look.. women human beings like that are particularly uncommon. Take the girl in my avatar case in point. right here we've a professional actor wearing a singlet, a pacifier, a mask, and a diaper and he or she performs on point in fetish golf equipment the worldwide over. She is impressive. One off. A freak of nature... and oh so very very attractive!

I'm sure it is. Free speech in all of it's forms after all is a constitutional right. Just don't put it up on a site that children gather. If it is legal for porn sites to be active, yours shouldn't be a problem. Although, I can see people protesting it.

It wouldn't be the first time I've seen it.

It is legal as long as it doesn't conflict with your local laws and community standards in relation to what they consider pornography.

Other than that, no problem.

' Legal ' isn't the word that comes to mind. ' Ick! ' Automatically surfaces. Doubt if it qualifies as a word.
