Seriously...it depends upon the motive. Morphing in itself is not black magic. Dark magic yes but black magic no. If your intentions are evil your morph will be painful for you even on the side of good it could be painful. Physically you cannot morph into another being but mentally you can. Through a state of meditation(as i wouldn't go wandering about with you out of your mind) you can take on the mind of another and intercept their thoughts. You can understand how they feel and what they're thinking. But you can only do this by completely absolving yourself within a meditating state. That means one full day's preparation and one full day's meditation. Nothing can disturb you. (Phones, girl/Boy friend, family, postal worker, boss, nothing) when you've done that it's up to your expertise. good luck.(I wouldn't suggest this unless you've been practicing the arts for more that 3 years at the least.)
Blessed Be.

The movies use "morphing" techniques, as in Terminator 2, and that's no "technological black magic".
Black magic, in and of itself, is only the negative aspect of magic. It is not physically possible to "morph" into, say, an animal, although you can assume the physical characteristics of animals. You can "dream morph", where you assume therianthropic qualities in your dreams, sometimes so strongly that they appear physically real. Many pagan religions also believed that a person could "shapeshift" into other forms (usually animals) for a multitude of reasons, such as escaping detection, reconnoitring the land, fleeing enemies, etc. You might also "morph" or "shapeshift" through "out of body projection", but that is open to conjecture. In fact, every culture has some kind of "shapeshifting" reference.
If you don't know what you're doing, the only "true evil" is personal fear, and the labelling thereof, and it *could* turn into something real nasty.

the only thing that makes black magic different from any other magic is that black magic is practiced on someone without thier knowlege and/or approval. but if u have those things from them it isnt considered black magic because it doesnt go against the code ur supposed to follow while practicing magic
so there for no morphing yourself isnt black magic.

Well, to be on the safe side I never morph into a black sheep. Before I'd know it I'd be reduced to mere haggis anyway.
