You can always get back together as long as no divorce papers have been processed through the courts to completions. Some states don't honor legal separations, it's divorce or nothing. Just try to get past what caused the separation in the first place, and things might work out. Good luck!

We can do all things through Christ, including mend broken marriages. God hates divorce so no matter what barriers the enemy has put up between a husband and wife; be it hurt or mistrust or even infidelity, we can find the strength to forgive and restore as long as Christ is the foundation of your marriage.

TO ME IT DEPENDS ON THE SITUATION. IF IT WAS CHEATING INVOLVED WELL THEN THERE'S NO TRUST. AND IT WOULD BE HARD TO TAKE YOUR EX BACK. TRUST IS ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT-KEY TO A RELATIONSHIP. SEE IF YOU TAKE HIM BACK IT WOULD BE LIKE EVERY TIME YOUR NOT AROUND YOUR MATE.. YOUR THINKING NEGATIVE. AND YOU CAN DRIVE YOUR SELF IN A WHOLE IN A WALL. IF THE SITUATION INVOLVES DOMESTIC VIOLENCE WELL THAT'S DEFINITELY A NO NO. IN MY OPINION AND SPEAKING FROM PERSONAL EXPERIENCE.MY EX-HUSBAND AND I SEPARATED IN 2003 AND WE JUST GOT A DIVORCE 2006 I THOUGHT THAT I WOULD HURT AND FEEL SAD BUT I AM HAPPY. LIFE GOES ON, AND BESIDES I KNOW THAT THE MARRIAGE DID NOT END BEHIND MY FOOLISHNESS. DO WHAT YOU FEEL IS BEST FOR YOU, BUT KEEP YOUR HEALTH AND WELL BEING IN MIND. AT TIMES SOME PEOPLE THINK WITH THEIR HEART INSTEAD OF THEIR MINDS AND THEY REGRET IT IN THE LONG RUN.

Of course you can free county even if you legally got divorced you can get back together w/your spouse and maybe even marry them again if you choose to.
