my husband got us tickets for a 4 day trip everything included. He took off without me. He didn't want me to go with him. Should I pack up my stuff including all the furniture and abandon him?
Is taking our furniture against the law?

Do NOT leave first. Do you hear me???? Do not leave the house. Whoever is the first to leave looks the worst in court. So, since he "unofficially" left first, you stay. You could take the furniture, but I'm not sure what state you live in...if it's a no fault state he'll get half no matter what so it's useless. And you'll be forced to sell the house or buy one another out if that's the case. However, if you don't leave the house, the judge will most likely give you the house. And that is more valuable than the furniture!!!! If, on the off chance you do not own your house, then you can pack up the furniture and go. I doubt your husband will fight you for it in court.

Okay he took off without you, so why did he get two tickets if he didn't want you to go? Was the ticket for a buddy or a "squeeze"?

There has to be more to this than him just popping up one day and leaving on a vacation. If he's been treating you like crap for awhile, then yes get out! As for taking the furniture, well it depends if where you live is a community property state. 50/50 is how the courts look at it. But, you do need something to sit and sleep on don't you? Or you could pack up HIS stuff and put it on the front lawn, change the locks, if you fear he will hit you - take out a protection order, so on and so forth.

Its not against the law, but the judge would make u give some of it up no doubt, so u can do what i did, after my husband left me, i went through the house and left him 1 of everything.. Enough for 1 person.. I left him my son's Mickey mouse bedding for him lol.. i left him the old set of livingroom furniture ( i took the new) i left him one "lion king beach towel" lol.. i left him one pot, one pan, one fork, one spoon, one knife, one plate, one bowl, one glass, one clock, the worst tv in the house..ect u get the picture.. and the judge didnt make me hand over a thing.. I left him anything that his parents bought us for xmas as a couple.. and his personal items, but i took his favorite movies and cd's and the only Porn tape he own i took that to and trashed it lol..

You're leaving out a lot of information here. Why would he by you a ticket and not allow you to use it? Did this happen because of some ridiculous fight that you guys probably have on a weekly basis? If so, you need to grow up.

No. Pack the rest of his stuff, change the locks and make it easy for him to do everything without you from now on. Who needs that? But why should you leave?

I think you need to throw his stuff on the front lawn! change the locks .. then get a separation,, there is no excuse to not take your wife on a 4 day trip....

4 tickets?........who "did" he take?? Personally, I WOULD BE PISSED!!!!!!!!!!!
Depending on all the details??????? How long u been married, do u love him, any kids??? Stuff like that. As long as u can live with your decision.............you are the only one responsible for your own happiness.
I WOULD RUN LIKE THE WIND MYSELF........DON'T LOOK BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
