First why is she making you mad? 2nd how is she being stupid? and c if you were i your moms shoes and your kid did said or ask whatever it was ur action was would you think u were being stupid. most of the time parents want their kids to b safe and secure so ask yourself what dangers r involved if it is a difference of opinion then calm down and explain to your mom how you feel and STAY CALM while doing so but she still may not agree so then youll need to listen to her and how she feels and maybe even understand alittle of where she is coming from and shell understand u a little better 2. If all else fails watch a funny movie, eat four chocolate truffles and call your best friend in the morning.

Your mom is making you mad becuase you probably can't get your own way. Why would you say she is being stupid? Unreasonable, in your opinion, but not stupid. What should you do - I don't have a clue. You just went off the deep end with no details whatsoever. E-mail me with details, and maybe I can suggest something. Ok?

Eventually you grow up,

your mom certainly, had the same feelings
about her mom when she was your age .
She is not stupid ,
or she would not have had a lovely daughter like you .
You just don't understand how she thinks yet .

Given time, you will see and i am sure you will be great friends.

Be patient , and try to be nice to her .

Growing up is no fun , i know i have been there

Sometimes mom's have a bad day and say or do things they really don't mean. If your mom is being unreasonable, it's best to give her a little time to chill out before you try to talk to her again. Next time you ask a question, give a few more details and you will get better responses.

Try to realize that she is probably as frustrated as you. She wants you to have fun. But not too much. She wants you to be pretty and popular. But she doesn't want too many (or maybe any) boys to come calling. She also doesn't want you to wear too much make up or perfume or anything that might mean you are looking for attention.
She is conflicted because she was (what 13, 14, 15?) one time too and she can't decide what to let you get away with...which makes her cranky. Then you probably menstrate at the same time and everything goes to hell.
Give her a hug. You don't have to agree with her...just try to understand her and maybe she will let up a bit.

good luck sweetie!

Why is she so mad is the question. What did you do to piss her off? How old are you? Your mom loves you so respect her feelings and if you do something real nice for her she'll soon forget she is mad. She isn't stupid. You need to tell the whole story if you want advise o.k.?

You should listen to your Mom for a change! She is not stupid, she has "been there, done that, got the tee-shirt and the hat" ....she is trying to help you not to make many of the same mistakes she did....and what she is doing to you is out of love!!!

Calm down, grow up and then apologize to your mother for being
immature and not listening to her. Instead of getting mad why
don't you try talking to her calmly.

I know how it feels, parents can be really difficult sometimes. Whatever it may be, she is only looking out for your best interest. Talk to her about it so you and your mom understand each other.

Look at things objectively. You are putting your values ahead of hers. Sounds like she is putting the clamps on something you want to do and may not understand her actions are really meant to protect you. Ask her Why and be open to real answers.
