Yea LUCKY YOU welcome to the queasy world of nausea and a little bit of pregnancy. Just try eating small ammounts at a time and relax hopefully it will pass in time.

Eat small meals and avoid anything that makes you feel ill. I was told with my first pregnancy to avoid meats and eat a lot of carbs. But I discovered that after a bought of morning sickness nothing made me feel better than an Egg McMuffin. You shouldn't drink water while you eat, and try to eat something like saltine crackers before you get out of bed.

Hopefully your morning sickness won't get any worse than just nausea, but it might, and if it gets to be too much to handle, your doctor can help you find the right solution. I took compezine, an anti-nausea medication until I was 6 months along.

Very normal, and a really disgusting feeling, isnt it? The only thing I could eat during first trimester for both my sons was macaroni. Have not been able to go near Chinese food since my first pregnancy! (And I used to love it) Coffee could really send me too, if I wasnt careful. The joys of motherhood!!! In 9 months, you will have forgotten how lousy you feel and it will all be worth it. That's a promise.

Ah, sounds very familiar. I had that with my first child. It is totally normal. You feel like your gonna barf and you don't. It's just part of the pregnancy. It might not last long. Usually it lasts up until a few months. Maybe not every day. Try some saltines, take it easy!!!!!!!

It's normal unfortunately. My doctor told me to just try and keep fluids down most importantly, and eat light, soups things of that sort. It will get better. If it gets too bad let your doctor know and she/he can prescribe you something to get over the nausea.

Totally normal as far as I know. The smell or sight of food is often enough to do it for me. I actually have tossed a few times but mostly I don't

Sadly you just have to try to live through it.
Try eating smaller amounts and not waiting until you get hungry to eat. That's about all I can offer you. Oh and try not to lay down right after you eat.

Acid indegestion. Try not laying down for a little while after you eat or sucking on tums.

I hate that! Tums is what my doctor told me and it helps a lot. It also helps latter when you don't have much room. It keeps the acids down so it digests faster.
