I'm not too sure about going to a chiropractor while pregnant, but I believe some woman do. Just ask the doc.
Me, I have a herniated disk and had my 2nd child with it. But I had previously pinched off the nerve (so it wasn't causing pain) just before I got pregnant.
Biking and swimming does wonders for most people. I did both while pregnant. It keeps the back strong and sometimes help to alleviate the pinched nerve in your buttocks, leg or both.
But if you are considering biking, I only did it for the first trimester. And asked my doctor first. Water aerobics was a must for me and it kept me feeling energetic for the rest of my pregnancy.

Well I went to A chiropractor when I was pregnant to releive some of the tension and it worked. But my doctor later told me it was a risky thing I was doing being they say they aren't realy doctors so they can hurt you and you not even no it.
But I know some chiropractors have tables that are for pregnant woman. So its more at your own risk kind of thing.
I did it and I was ok.

I have been seeing a chiropractor since my 22nd week of pregnancy, and she helped with my back pain so much! It's totally gone. Be sure to tell that that you are pregnant at your first appt though. It's important for them to know.

Actually yes it is safe, the doctor will obviously know your preggo and it will help alleviate the back pain you will begin feelings, around 7-8 months though he will tell you to continue with him after the birth.
