I entered the oblivion gate that is north of Leyawiin, and when I closed the gate all the spells I used while I was there were gone, I tried going to the temple but they are still gone, does anyone know what happend?

If those spells are scrolls then they are a one time use. But if it is one of your lesser powers then it must be a problem with the game. I once had to resort to cheating by editing my fame and infamy levels because for whatever reason the computer made my fame 0 and my infamy 100. I had to open the console and put them back to how they were. If you lost the spells you had bought then you might want to look up how to open up your console and give them to your character.
Look up console cheats for oblivion, I'm sure that might help.

Nope, on the PC version you can but not on the consoles. Probably best to just start over if you want to finish all of the quests.
