Twelve is way to early to worry about breast size- most women barely have any at that age! Your breast size can continue growing until you are 19 or 20, gradually or in spurts. My cousin had went up a cup size when she was 18, so don't sweat it if you think you're underdeveloped.

A bust measurement of 34 measures the size of your torso as much as the size of your breast, so it's hard to tell. A or AA cups are quite normal for 12 years olds who are of a healthy weight. Also, breast size is not nearly as important as overall health, figure, and a pretty face as far as attractiveness goes.

Your sister is not abnormal, if that's what she's worried about. If she's worried about sexual attrativeness, she should stop- she's way too young for that now! She should enjoy school and life and don't worry about her body's appearance. She'll get enough of that in high school.

girls that age are still developing - many who haven't filled out will do so later and catch up to where nature wants them to be
