Are blueballs a real problem, does it hurt?
Or is it just a popular way for guys to say 'come on, you can't leave me like THIS.'

Very good question. No its not a myth. Although some guys may abuse this and make it worse than it is, or say they have it and don't, but for the most part its very real.
Blue balls is a slang term for a temporary fluid congestion in the testicles and prostate region caused by prolonged sexual arousal in the human male. It is most commonly associated with adolescents but can occur in any sexually mature male. It is often accompanied by a cramp-like ache of prostatic congestion and pain/tenderness of the testes.

Oh I think it's more than a myth. I think that it happens but I don't know if they actually turn blue. However, that's on him. I wouldn't give in to a guy's request for sex just because he might get or already has blueballs.

Seriously, this fuggin hurts! to the point where i have to "take care" of myself driving home on the freeway. No kidding! I can't explain it to you, I just get a really, errrr, sick feeling in my gut. Honestly though, if I don't go for home base, I'm completely into you cuz there's not much that would make me want to face that kinda pain.
