Sure they can! I did for 25 years, and I'm nobody special. It's all about commitment.

Any human that has morals and values and lives by their marriage vows every day instead of when its convient for them..
My father has been married to my step mother for over 25 years, and she has told me that in 25 years she's never even heard him comment on another woman (as far as in a lustful way) or ever caught him even looking at another woman, she says she points them out to him.. lol.. My father is old fashioned and believes that when u take ur vows they are forever, he's still be married to my biological mom today if she didnt think the grass was even greener on the other side, just to find out it wasnt.. and 20 years later finally realized she made a huge mistake leaving my father and she also admits my dad never did those kinds of things as far as looking or commenting about other women to make her feel less than as a woman.. So yes, it does happen, but it takes MATURE people.. that believe in marriage, that believe in their vows, and that live by them..

Of course. Marriage isn't easy. It takes A LOT of work, love, and devotion to your spouse.
The key words in your question are "Do you believe married people stay monogamous.."
People CAN and DO. And then there are people who don't and don't care.

Yes, many people do it. My Mom and step father have been married for 30 years and have a loving fulfilling relationship. They are best friends and respect each other. They never go to bed mad at each other and they communicate about anything and everything.

Of course I believe it. My parents have been faithful to eachother for over 30 yrs now. When you put two people together who have respect for themselves and their family then you have a loving union for life.

I believe that people who value the meaning of marriage and commitment are capable of such feats. My parents are a good example of this.

Of course. If you have been careful to choose someone with whom you share love, passion, interests & values and you both put energy into the relationship, why would you look elsewhere?
