Can you work in Calgary, AB, without feeling oppressed?

I've had many jobs, and the only one that gave me the freedom to wear what I want, to really dress comfortably (read nail-polish), was a summer job as an assembly line worker. I dont CD every day, but I couldn't even wear a dress during UC's gender bender at my UC job!!!

calgary is ok....haven't been there in years..the provincial govt is very antigay...you'd probably be far better off in Vancouver , toronto or montreal...but all in all you'd be ok in calgary
