Encourage it to have a dust bath, and if possible, keep them seperated at least until the smell clears up. Chinchillas are litter-trainable like cats, and tend to only go in one place, so you want the other one not to associate the one it peed on as a 'walking litterbox'. This also can be a sign of aggression between them, so it may be best to keep them in seperate cages

Call a Vet they do take phone calls and some times it helps and they don't charge you either or do you got a pet store close by they may be able to help you it seems like to me if they are doing that there is either a reason for it and most be a way to stop them or go on line and type in pet problems and research that kind of pets I know that there is a chemical you can spray to get dogs to obey it is a hormone may be there is some thing like that for your animal i hope that helps1!!! good luck!!!

give it chinchilla sand.. lolz. idk. hamsters like to clean themselves in it..
