I don't know which Green day album, but that is actually a remake of the 1960's version, done by the Bobby Fuller Four.

There's a song by The Clash called "I Fought The Law" but I haven't heard of one by Green Day...I guess I'm kinda curious to find out if there is a Green Day version too.

It's not on any of them because it's just a cover they've done but not recorded for an album.
It's originally by Sonny Curtis and it's been covered by a lot of people including the Bobby Fuller Four, Stray Cats, Tom Petty and I can't remember the rest.
The Clash version (a punk rock cover probably more close to Green Day's cover) is on the Cost of Living EP and the Green Day version can be downloaded here
