Man, this question is lame. Hulk. Hulk and if not Hulk, than only in a comic writtin by Wolverine's #1 fan. I love Wolvie, but thats an even dumber question than Supes Vs. Bats. Hulk can bend adamantium when mad enough. Hulk heals faster, and better, than Wolvie. He jumps for miles and lifts over a 100 tons. Do the math.

The Hulk. Ok, first of all they've been enemies since the begining. Wolverine faught The Hulk till Hulk knocked him down unconcious. After that The Hulk left to search a better and more powerful foe, thinking that Wolverine is dead, not knowing about his healing factor. So yeah, a few hours later Wolverine got up, but only thanks to his healing factor, and Hulk's healing factor is much more advanced then Wolverine's and also since the Hulk is stronger he can do more damage then Wolverine can and after hours of fighting, Wolverine will take much more longer to heal from Hulk's colossus' punches and kicks. Also, I've heard that in an alternative future, Hulk faught adamandium made Sentinels and ripped them in two. I don't know if that is true, but if it is, then The Hulk would win without a problem.

WOLVERINE!
cause you know the hulk might throw him around a bunch but in the end wolverine would win because hes got more of an authentic will. The Hulk only is powerful when he's "mad".

I've been reading the series and it's hard to tell....
but I'm going with the Hulk. He survived a NUCLEAR blast in issue two!!!! Not to mention ripping wolverines legs off and throwing them 4 miles up in issue 1!
You are reffering to the ultimate wolverine vs. hulk series right?

Hulk, he's got the strength. Thing is, Woverine is pretty much indestructable so although the Hulk, I believe, would win, it would not be final. It could never be final. Unless, say, The Hulk over-powered him and shoved him into an active volcano or some other natural fire too great, too inexhaustable for Wolvy to survive.
Course I don't want this to happen, cuz while Hulk's and interesting character--the whole Jekyl/Hyde thing--Woverine is far more likeable.

theres no way that Wolverine is gonna beat Hulk no way in hell!!!, lol lets put it this way if Hulk is able to punch Superman and go toe to toe with him we all know that Superman is invulnerable , imagine what he"ll do to Wolverine which is not invulnerable . he's just is not strong enough to beat Hulk yes they both have the healing factor but Hulk is one of the strongest heroes in the Marvel Universe his brute strength is inmense, I see Hulk spinning Wolverine like a ragdoll, sending Wolverine to outerspace, game over after that, Hulk goes to McDonalds and eats 50 Big Mac's !! lol. take care.

Hulk for sure. Based on physics of how Hulk can toss around tanks, he should be able to toss Wolverine into space where he would freeze or suffocate to death.
