Uhm, I really don't think you know what yer asking. You can take out your RAM chips and still have your OS and drivers loaded up.....but your computer won't do anything.....

Do you mean the files on your computer? Because if you're talking about the RAM, u can take it off but it wouldn't do anything.

I think you meant settings not memory; you technically possible but very complicated process, editing registry, delete ini files, so on.

No one I know ever thought of doing that.

whats relaxing approximately that, in basic terms wipe the suck clean and start up up over that is not that annoying and is often good prepare in case you haven't any longer completed it for awhile or good gaining knowledge of expience in case you have by no ability completed it
