Ironman. No matter how strong or "Ultimate" the russian guy get, he still lacks one thing of which Tony has plenty of... a brain. Ironman is both strong and smart, and because of that, he'll always be one step ahead of Colossus and come up with a better suit too, maybe even an "Ultimate" one too. Till Colossus visits the Wizard of Oz and get himself a working brain, Ironman wins 10/10 battles. And even if Colossus gets a brain he still cannot fly which is a major disavantage, cus remember, Ironman's suit is pretty strong too, I really don't see how Wolverine has enough strength to penetrate that. Now if it was Superman or The Hulk that was trying to penetrate Ironman's siut, using Adamandium claw, then I would see that happen, but not from Wolverine. Anyway, my point is that maybe Ironman is not as indestuctible as Colossus, but he is both smarter and more powerful when it comes to raw power, as shown on Marveldirectory.com. Colossus is somewhere in 70-80 tons range whereas Ironman, depending on his siut, he can lift 100+ tons.
Now I know you asked for Ultimate Colossus, which is much stronger then the notmal one, but still he doesn't think much and me cannot fly, so therefore he has no way of hurting Ironman, really. The only way would be if Ironman was on the ground and they were in an one-on-one combat, and seriously... how many times have you seen Ironman doing that? Nope. He's just gonna be up in the sky and shoot weapons of mass destuction at Colossus until he's gone, or simply use his brain and invent somehting that will bring back Colossus to his normal state, something like Reed did Ben in the movie Fantastic Four. In the "Ultimate War" X-Men/Ultimates crossover....Collosus put a serious butt-whupping on Iron Man....as well as Thor. Actually, hang on....Wolverine cut into Iron Man's suit a few times as well...
Iron Man's not that tough. Money and Suit....without 'em, nada.
So there's your answer.

sadly I think the self-rightious Iron Man. I wish someone would kick his *** though. Maybe when the Silver Surfer's done with his Annihation thing he can come down to Earth for a few ticks and kick his tin-can ***!!!
