How can I reinstall Yahoo! Install manager?

I uninstalled it by mistake while going through my add/remove program

On the Yahoo! homepage there's an icon that says Messenger. If you click on it, it should have a link to installing it.

Go to messenger.yahoo.com and download and install from there.
