Since the recylce bin is from the system files so u r not able to delete it even by using any programs...and the recylcle bin icon which is on the desktop is like a short cut for all the recycle bins which r in the drives
if u unhidden all files u will see in everydrive a recyle bin which is put for this drive and the one with is on the desktop is for them all

The computer does not let you delete the Recycle Bin. If you do right click it, it does not show the Delete option. Hope this answers your question.

It divides by 0 and creates a monstrous black hole that sucks in all space and time, destroying everything as we know it.

Fortunately, you aren't allowed to delete the bin.

it's still on the hard drive, won't be deleted until it's overwritten, i believe.
