The following table shows the number of workdays absent based on the length of employment in years.
Number of Workdays Absent
Y: 233577 8

Length of Employment (in yrs)
X: 5694220

What is the linear regression equation? What is the estimated number of workdays absence when the worker has been on the job for 3 years?

A linear regression requires at least two data points.

5,698,220 years seems a long time to work, or are these supposed to be pairwise data points.

Your regression equations are:
An + Bsum(x) = sum(F)
and
Asum(x) + Bsum(x^2) = sum(xF)

for the equation y = A + Bx to fit the data set {x,F}

The data given is surreal in any case.
