NFC: Chicago.
1. They return 22 starters from a team that went 11-5 last season.
2. They have the best defense in the NFL.
3.. They upgraded at quarterback (Greise and Grossman) and in the defensive backfield (Manning and Manning Jr.)
4. Lovie Smith has a gameplan that fits his team. Run the ball and play defense.
AFC: Cincinnati.
1. Carson Palmer might be the best quarterback in football.
2. The recieving core and running backs are all extremely talented.
3. The defense (if not great) is good enough.
4. Romeo Cramell is a tough nosed, let's go to work kind of guy. He'll get the most out of his players.
PS... Indianapolis fans, your window has closed. Your defense is not Super Bowl - quality and the loss of James is too much for the offense to overcome.

Indianapolis Colts - They have it all.
the best QB, 2 of the best route-running WRs, an excellent TE, 2 solid RBs, a beast of an O-Line, and a ridiculously fast Defense with Corey Simon, Cato June, Nick Harper, Marlin Jackson, the best DE in football Dwight Freeney.
And of course, the missing link Adam Vinatieri.

CHARGERS!
Best Running back, good O-line, good defense, new QB ready to play, after being Drew Brees' understudy for 3 years.
Awesome special teams.
Only the conservative coach can hold them back.
