The government of Sweden is a constitutional monarchy with a representative Democracy based on a parliamentary system. It's affairs are directed by a Cabinbet of Ministers which is led by a Prime Minister. The Cabinet and Prime Minister are responsible for the actions of the Parliament of Sweden. The Cabinet is made up of several divisions each led by a minister. The Prime Minister is Goran Perrson and he has been in office since March 21, 1996. King Carl XVI Gustaf and Queen Silvia make up the monarchy and make appearances of behalf of the government. Kind of like England. Hope this helps.

Sweden is a constitutional monarchy, in which King Carl XVI Gustaf is head of state, but royal power has long been limited to official and ceremonial functions.

Sweden is a democracy, but they also have a king, Gustave XVI. They have managed to work out a system that combines monarchy with democracy, just as Holland and the UK have done. Sweden's king, and Holland's queen, aren't quite as 'regal' as the British royal family, but they are dearly loved by their subjects.

Er... i understand the king of Sweden has dyslexia, yet "Robbaz" is an severe misspelling of "Oscar", even for him. Harald V is the king of Norway and Finland is a republic...
