They sound like pg symptoms (that would happen a little later), but also sound like PMS symptoms. If you know when you ovulated (by charting your temps, etc.), you should wait 12-14 days from that day to test. If you don't know when you ovulated, wait until you are at least a day late.

Those are also symptoms of PMS, you gotta be a few weeks late for a pregnancy test to be accurate. Or get a blood test at the docs. Those are accurate after a couple days of your missed period.

It could be anything. It could be your period about to show up in the next few days to a week. Wait until you're late, and just take care of yourself. Then take the test.

With some pregnancy tests you can tell as early as a week before your missed period. Go to the store and by an early stage pregnancy test.
