there is this friend of mine... she is whiny and arrogant for no good reason.... so i simply hate her.... i haven't called her in a long time but she calls me just about time when i begin to think that i have got rid of her... i even talk rudely to her but she just wouldn.t let go.... she has instulted me on numerous instances and i never answered back but then i ran out of patience and started treating her likewise but she can't digest the fact that i have changed because of her sickening attitude and now dares to tell me "you know what... you have changed". Is there a remotest chance that i am wrong about my behaviour towards her?

maybe she is playing with you since you don't like her. tell her the truth and then stop all contact and ignore her no matter what or how long it takes. sooner or later she will have to stop.
i had a friend like that and once i completely ignored her, she gave up.

Just call her and tell her that you dont like her. Like say this or somethin:
Hi, I just dont want to be your friend any more. I suggest you find more friends that acuually like you. Im sorry and im not trying to be rude!

Tell her the reason why you don't want to be friends with her is because she insults you on a regular basis.
