When you delete emails they can still be recovered ..Does anybody know a shredder thats works with Outlook Express.or Incredimail. The only program I have found is one that works with Office Outlook ...I dont have Office so this is no good to me . I would be grateful for any sugestions

This program runs roughly about $40 but i'm sure you can get it off ebay or some other software site

If you are bound and determined to erase the deleted file http://www.cyberscrub.com and http://webroot.com both sell file erasing software I have used both, neither has caused me any problems.
Side note windows 2000/xp require administrator rights to install either site's software. I hope this helps you.
