Yes, there is always a reason. Some do it to boost their ego and need to know they still have it to attract someone else.
They play a sick game and live in fantasy land I think.

I agree w/ Kaia...there's ALWAYS a reason...usually the person is only thinking about themselves and not what this will do to the people that they profess to care about and love. Affairs are totally devastating and it takes forever to forgive and you never really can forget because it hurts on sooo many levels.

There's always a "reason" or an "excuse" for it.
Lack of self-esteem. A need to feel "adored". They like the "danger" in it.
There's ALWAYS a reason. They may not TELL you..or even be able to verbalize it...but there's always one.

For pleasure.Some men and women like to know others,and have sex with them.some men and women like to have 3 or more partners.And it is worst,sometimes they know they are cheating one another.If you ask them,always they have a reason or "good excuse" to cheat.After they cheat,cheating become a habit or addiction.That is my answer.

Because basically we are all just animals and let hormones or pheremones rule our lives and we just rut in the mud like wild beasts. Only the strongest among us can think clearly and use our brains to guide us.

There's always a reason. It just might be that person is too stupid to understand their reason for doing it.
