This is, of course, without having to pay for a patent or patent attorney, I'm looking for no initial cash outlay by me. I haven't the

The first thing you MUST do is get a paten for your product. Don't go shopping it around until you have it registered.

Did you watch American Inventor. Lot's of people had what they thought was the ultimate new thing and most were shot down. Good Luck.

To A Patent Office First Then To a Lawyer To Get A Contract For Them To Sign Relating to Intellectual Property So You Don't Get Taken.

After That You Can Go To A Show Like "Dr Fad" Or Something.

Depending on your household idea, you could try a big company like Proctor & Gamble, or (better idea) look into industrial design firms. Either way, make sure you have a non non-disclosure agreement so people can't rip off your ideas. Chances are you don't have a patent yet, but you might want to think about that, especially if dealing with P&G.

Ya, i see your point. . .iam kinda in the same boat.
With out a patent or an NDA your like a sitting duck.

Atleast work up an NDA & have ppl sign it b4 releasing your info. so they cant go around your back & manuf. / patent it.

There's a company called Davison Inventegration that can help. They charge you, though, so I'm not too sure how well it works.
