I would like to know if that's possible, I've heard they cry, but sneezing with all the liquid around them and no breathing... I guess it's impossible.

Ok. So they definetely have hiccups and some people believe they cry.
They don't sneeze but they might already have the muscle response to that.
Is that alright?

i would have to say that "crying" and "sneezing" in the same way that breathing people do it, is impossible for a fetus

it may be that they might have the same muscle response as a sneeze, but as you point out, no air, lungs not inflated, no "sneeze"

I have seen video of fetus's hiccupping, but I can't see them sneezing. Sneezing is caused by having an irritant in your sinuses. Their sinuses are full of amniotic fluid until after they're born, so I'd have to say no.

They can hiccup but I have never heard of a sneeze - They are in fluid so a little goob in the nose isn't going to make them sneeze

not until the lungs are developed near the end of term. Hiccup punch kick roll but no sneezes.

Absolutely not in the way we sneeze. A fetus is in liquid, we sneeze with air. I did a quick search to see, and didn't get any conclusive answers.

They aren't breathing inside their mother. They have mucous plugs in their noses until they are born, And they are surrounded by amneonic fluid. So, no.
