This is a good question. I've been wondering the same thing for quite sometime now. She really doesn't have any talent at all. I guess it's just because of who she knows and because she has been in the business since she was a little kid.

Why? Because she parties? My kids LOVE "The Parent Trap" although I don't really know what else she is in. She's not that bad, come on, she's kinda pretty, and why doesn't she deserve to be famous? Anyone who can play a part of twins as a child, two twins who talk completely different (have u ever tried to impersonate an English accent?) has my vote.

I LOVED the remake she did of the parent trap and the other little kid movies like
Confessions of a teenage Drama Queen
Just My luck and more.
She has a good singing voice but when she went blond and lost weight I took down my posters.

She started out as an actor, she was selected to try out,and along the way the rest is how she became famous

Just because you dont like her doesnt mean she isnt talented, I love all her films, I think she is a great actress just because she hasnt done a period drama or an art house movie doesnt make her acting any less credible. Besides shes also beautiful and a great singer.

well she did parent trap and she did a good job in that movie so when she cam back as a teen actress ppl thought she looked hot i guess they like how she changed and that evtrigued some ppl so she became famous
